Icon of the Seas is the first ship in its class, with two more ships coming to the Royal Caribbean fleet by 2030 The ship’s highlights include over 40 different restaurants, bars and lounges, seven pools and nine whirlpools. This new city at sea offers seven-night sailings to either the Eastern or Western Caribbean and every sailing visits Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s very own private island.  But that’s just the beginning!
There are 28 diverse room types onboard, from a three-story townhouse to the new Infinity Balcony rooms, each with several subcategories. Below are some of the highlights. But there are plenty of room types to accommodate different family sizes and budgets. Many of the room types have the option of connecting rooms and ocean views:

Ultimate Family Townhouse spans three stories and boasts two bedrooms, an in-suite slide, a cinema, karaoke space, and a private outdoor whirlpool. Additionally, you’ll enjoy personalized service from your own private room attendant, ensuring every need is met with care.

Family Infinite Balcony offers the flexibility of converting the outdoor balcony into an additional living area with just the push of a button. Furthermore, it features a dedicated space for children, equipped with bunk beds and TVs. The split bathroom design includes a shower and sink on one side, and a toilet and sink on the other.

Infinite Balcony offer the option of ocean or Central Park views and are known for their adaptability. Their standout feature is the ability to seamlessly extend the outdoor balcony to create additional indoor space.

Surfside Family interiors, balconies and suites situated within the family-focused Surfside neighborhood, cater specifically to families. The living room area can be converted into a cozy kids’ nook, adding an extra touch of comfort to bedtime. Additionally, these rooms are designed with a split bathroom layout.

Oceanview Rooms & Suites situated within the newly developed AquaDome area, provide convenient access to a sweeping 220-degree ocean vista and thrilling entertainment at the AquaTheatre. Additionally, guests will find themselves immersed in vibrant nightlife, including mesmerizing aerial performances at the captivating shapeshifting waterfall.Sunset Suites this a fresh collection of suites where the sun takes center stage. As you might have guessed, these suites offer prime vantage points to witness both sunrise and sunset throughout your stay. For an added touch, the Sunset Corner Suites boast a wraparound balcony, enhancing your viewing experience.

Interior accommodates up to four guests and comes equipped with essential amenities, including a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, iPod docking station, mini-safe, and hairdryer.

Central Park aboard the Icon of the Seas is a verdant oasis, featuring lush greenery, seating areas, and vibrant gardens. This refreshed concept, originating in the Oasis class of ships, boasts brightly colored shutters and balcony-facing rooms, creating a charming ambiance. Izumi in the Park: A convenient grab-and-go sushi spot with teppanyaki tables for authentic Japanese cuisine experiences.

Royal Bay boasts the title of the largest pool at sea among the ship’s seven pools, offering water enthusiasts ample space to dive in and cool off.El Loco Fresh is a complimentary Mexican eatery catering to foodies. Enjoy grab-and-go tacos, quesadillas, and burritos, complemented by a salsa station for adding extra flavor to your dishes.For adults seeking a serene escape, Cloud 17 on the Icon of the Seas is an exclusive adults-only area, akin to the Solarium on other Royal Caribbean ships. Love live music and entertainment? Don’t miss the Music Hall, a lively two-level venue featuring live music, bands, karaoke, and trivia nights, all in a relaxed club-style atmosphere. If you’re a sports enthusiast, Playmakers Sports Bar and Arcade is your go-to spot, equipped with giant TVs, arcade games, and classic bar snacks like nachos, burgers, and fries.

For an upscale dining experience, indulge in the brand-new Empire Supper Club. Priced at around $200 per person, this exclusive eatery offers an intimate atmosphere and an 8-course meal, with limited dining availability.

Feeling like a VIP? Reserve a table at the Celebration Table for an exclusive dining experience. Accommodating up to 13 guests, this unique setting offers your own personal lounge, ocean views, and a choice of four prix fixe menus alongside signature cocktails.

For relaxation and rejuvenation, visit Deck 12 to discover the Vitality Spa at Sea, Vitality Fitness Center, and Vitality Cafe. The cafe serves refreshing drinks and smoothies, while the spa and salon services (available at an extra cost) include massages, facials, skin treatments, and even a blow-dry bar called To Dry For.

Parents can unwind while kids enjoy Adventure Ocean, Royal Caribbean’s fantastic youth program and kids’ clubs. These engaging clubs provide a space for kids to play, learn, and make friends. Teens can hang out at Social 020, while childcare services are available for babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 36 months at AO Babies (additional cost applies).
